Has it really been that long....?

I can't believe we are ALREADY  at the end of APRIL!! Where in the world has the time gone? There has been so much happening with Bitsy Blossom lately. My days are all running together and most of the time I don't even know what day it is! In the last month we've hired 3 new employees to help fill the growing demand of our shoes. God has totally blessed us with so much growth in just one year. It's CRAZY!

We've also got some great new Spring/Summer shoes that were just recently listed. They are so fun and colorful! We still have lots to list in our Shop so keep an eye out.

In other news....we are now offering BOY SHOES! Yes, our "Lil' Misters" shoe line will soon be available for purchase at our Etsy store. In the very beginning of Bitsy Blossom, back in 2010, we offered boy shoes. We've completely reworked our patterns and are absolutely in LOVE with the results and I think you will be too!

My Cutie Pie...

 Valentines Day is such a fun holiday to celebrate not only with your spouse but also with your kiddos. My daughter is getting to the age where her imagination is growing along with her interests and...attitude! I am absolutely in love with this stage. Although it is very tiring at times...I love the simple mind of a 2 year old. She's getting very creative these days and loves to color, glue and cut. She'd do it for hours if I had the patients.  So I've found some adorable crafts to do with her this year.

Craft Room Markover!

I've been telling my husband for a while now that my craft room needs a makeover. He wholeheartedly agreed as the colors I picked for the room originally were way too bright and girly. When we first moved in I wanted to make sure I picked colors that would be bright and inspiring. Lets just say that it got a bit too bright and didn't flow with the rest of the house. My birthday is coming up and my husband and his family have been asking me what I wanted. I told my husband that if he just painted the room for me that would be the best present. Well to my surprise I got a whole room makeover while I was on a mini vaca. My husband, mother in law, sister and brother in law made it happen in just two short days. It fits me so well and I just love it. So here's a lil peek...

 My handy brother in law built me a brand new craft table to replace the door my sister and I found on the side of the road which we had slapped a couple coats of paint and added some legs and screwed to the wall. Lets just say I'm in love with the new one :)

 Many hours went into this room for me and I am so thankful. I feel even more inspired and love to be in this beautiful space.

Falling For Fall...

I suppose it's true that Fall has a way of capturing the hearts of those dreading the fast approaching cold weather with it's beautiful colors and the delicious smell of pumpkin spice lattes and candles. It sure has captured mine! 

I have to admit that this year is actually the first year that I've decorated my house for the change in seasons. I am on the more conservative side with my decorations as I am a newbie but that could possibly change a few years down the road. In years past I couldn't bring myself to spend the time or the money on rearranging my house to only have the stuff up for a couple month and then turn around and do it all over again for winter. Now that my husband and I own a home it's a lot more fun to change things up. Not to mention that I love a bargain and am constantly using coupons when craft shopping. Never pay full price when you can find it half off ;)  Here's a little bit of "Fall" I've added to my home...

If you were wondering how to style your lil ones in the new Ink shoes, we've got some fashion forward examples just for you. We found these adorable outfit combinations on Gap.com and Zara.com. It's a perfect mix and match collection. Just have fun with it!

We are busy little bee's picturing and editing photos of our new Holiday Lines going up. We're hoping to have them listed by Monday.

Time flies!

I can not believe how fast this year has flown by. I turn my head and it's just a few short days away from October....Sheeeesh! The weather is beginning to feel a bit crisp and I am feeling the urge to start a fire. I greatly dislike the cold seasons that are creeping up very quickly, however, I do love a good fire so I guess I will welcome it with a happy heart.

Things around the Bitsy Blossom workshop have slowed down just a tad, which is great timing as the holidays are just around the corner. We've got some great new designs in the works for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our boots will be listed next week! If you haven't visited our Etsy Shop today you are definitely missing out on the absolute cuteness we've just listed. There are 5 new styles available that you are going to want to see.

We've also done a little updating with our sizing. We found that our sizing was on the larger size. So in the effort of making our shoes as close to "true"sizing as we can, we've adjusted our chart. We now offer up to size 13. You can find the changes here.
